Requesting Withdrawal from My Account


To place a withdrawal request from your account, you can follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your MyFXOptimax Personal Area.
  2. Click on the "Withdrawal Request" menu.
  3. Select your source account where you would like to withdraw the fund from.

  4. Select the appropriate method. Withdrawal method should be the same to your deposit.

  5. Fill the amount you would like to withdraw. For example : 9999.99 --- please use dot (.) for decimal.
  6. Fill the "Withdrawal detail" section with one of these following information:
    • For e-Currencies, please fill the Withdrawal Detail with your e-Currency Account Number and Name, and it should be the same e-Currency Account to your deposit. 
    • For Wire Transfer, please fill the Withdrawal Detail with your banking account details, including Bank Name, Bank Address, Bank SWIFT Code, Recipient Account Number and Recipient Name. Please NOTE : Recipient name must be matched to the name registered at your FXOptimax account. 
    • For MoneyBookers, please fill the Withdrawal Detail with your MoneyBookers email. It must be the same MoneyBookers Account to your deposit.
    • For RA (local bank service provided by your RA), please fill Withdrawal Detail with the RA CODE. Please NOTE : FXOptimax responsibility is limited to move the fund from your account to your destined RA account. FXOptimax is not responsible for any RA activites and/or performance related to this transaction. Please make sure you have known your RA well before using this withdrawal method.                                        
  7. Confirm your withdrawal by entering your MyFXOptimax PIN.
  8. Press the "Process" button, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address if the withdrawal request is successful.
  9. Check your mailbox for the confirmation email and click the link in it to authorize your request.
