To fund your account, please deposit by following these instructions:

  1. Login to your MyFXOptimax Personal Area.
  2. Choose your deposit methods available at the left side menu. You can use e-Currencies, Credit Card (MoneyBookers), Wire Transfer, Local Service (if available at your country) or your available Cash Account Balance.
  3. Choose the MT4 or Cash Account you would like to fund.
  4. Fill the amount and click "Process". For example: 9999.99 --- please use dot (.) for decimal.
  5. For e-Currency and Credit Card deposits, you will be redirected to the processors' gateway. Please follow the instruction on your screen until it is finished and you are redirected back to your MyFXOptimax Personal Area.

If your e-Currencies, Credit Card or Cash Account deposit is NOT processed within 5 minutes, please notify us at [email protected], informing your Customer ID, MT4 Account Number, Payment Amount and Transaction Details.

For Bank Wire user, please make sure you have filled the bank wire form correctly as informed in the "Deposit using Bank Transfer" menu at your MyFXOptimax Personal Area. Please also NOTE that Bank Wire Transfer may take several days, varied between banks, we will process your deposit as soon as your fund reached our bank account.
