You are required to verify your account before you can deposit or request a withdrawal to and from your account. Verification will also activate your partnership link.

To verify your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your MyFXOptimax Personal Area.
  2. Click the "Verification" menu.
    Upload document(s) for verification

  3. Check your Proof of ID and Proof of Address status.
    • WAITING or REJECTED - Please upload your Proof of ID and Proof of Address.
    • CHECKING - Please wait for the next 24 hours, we are still verifying your documents.
    • APPROVED - Document has been verified. 
  4. If your document status is WAITING or REJECTED, please upload the following document(s): (you may only provide one document for each Proof of ID and Proof of Address)
    • Proof of ID - colored scan of Passport / Government Issued or National Identity Card / Driving License contains your photo, name and date of birth, as stated in your FXOptimax registration form.
    • Proof of Address - colored scan of utility bill / bank statement, with the same address as your FXOptimax registration form.
    • Please NOTE, uploaded document(s) should meet these criterias below:
      • Please upload documents in Latin characters if possible.
      • Only JPG, PNG, and GIF files are supported.
      • Maximum filesize accepted is 1 MB.
  5. Press "Send" button and your document(s) will be uploaded. Please wait for our administrative team to review and approve your document(s). Please also NOTE, your MT4 trading account will be active and can be used for trading although your document(s) are still waiting to be checked.
